I am Audrey, I am a trader in precious stones and diamonds.

I studied gemology, FGA and HRD graduate.
I am a jewelry designer specializing in white diamonds and diamonds color.
(diamond and fancy diamond Jewels).

My brand is called HEVVA, we only use diamonds whose provenance we know. These are ethical diamonds, sold with certificates.

When shopping online,

Can you engrave my jewelry?

Engraving a name, a date, a simple word on a piece of jewelry brings an extra emotion
and we are happy to offer you the realization of this engraving. It is
also possible to engrave a personal message when space permits.

How do I clean my diamond at home?

To remove all traces of grease from your stylus, we advise you to wash it
gently with lukewarm water and washing-up liquid. The use of a bedpan is
recommended. Then wipe your jewel with a cotton or linen cloth before
using the polishing cloth.

Does my diamond come with a certificate?

Hevva diamonds (over 0.20ct) come with a GIA
(Gemological Institute of America) or HRD (The Hoge Raad voor Diamant, Antwerp) certificate.
Precious stones over ' 1 carat are accompanied by a certificate from
gemological laboratory.
All Hevva jewels are sold with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Are Hevva jewels guaranteed?

Hevva offers a free lifetime warranty on all jewellery.
Please note that warranties provided by Hevva do not cover defects caused
by:
• general wear and tear,
• accidental loss or damage,
• willful damage, misuse or neglect, or
• repairs or attempted repairs by jewelers other than Hevva.

What criterion is the most important in choosing a diamond?

Cut is the most important 4C in choosing a diamond. It affects the brilliance and
brilliance of the diamond. This is why it is possible for a well-cut diamond to have a higher value
than a diamond that is slightly larger or of a rarer color.

Diamonds are classified according to 4 criteria: Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat (i.e. size,
